Testachats is a consumer protection organisation that has been active in Belgium for 60 years. The interests of consumers are at the heart of our business. Our objective is to inform, defend and represent consumers by helping them to assert their rights.
Testachats carries out comparative tests of products and services in order to offer personalized advice to its members concerning their purchases, their health, their insurance… and to allow them to make the right choice, at the right price and in all objectivity. Our employees are available daily by telephone and e-mail to assist them in their choices and any disputes.
Testachats informs more than 295,000 subscribers through five magazines, but also through more specific publications. Testachats also has several digital platforms such as the www.testachats.be website offering news, dossiers, comparative tools for various products and services, the online community https://mon-energie-renouvelable.be and smartphone and tablet applications for the digital reading of our magazines.
Finally, we work tirelessly to defend all consumers through contacts with public authorities at regional, federal and European level. We also sit on public bodies as experts. And we are taking legal action to safeguard and improve the rights of Belgian and European consumers.
