About this Webinar
AI Agents are coming ever closer to the consumer mainstream, and they are promising to act on your behalf.
Initial versions of GenAI acted like assistants, coming up with recommendations or producing content. This new generation of AI Agents go further by dealing with multiple types of requests at the same time and putting things into action.
Although the agentic AI tools available to consumers are at an early stage, the idea is that they will get much better at understanding context, at ‘remembering’ more factors, and so in theory, could soon be able to weigh up options and judge the best one for you.
As these tools evolve from helpful co-pilots to decision-makers, the stakes and the potential, have never been higher. Two and a half years on from when ChatGPT first showed the world what GenerativeAI could (and couldn’t do), what have we learned about safety, accuracy, privacy, and autonomy? And are those lessons being applied as AI Agents move into the spotlight?
